Aktivist CEO Participates in Crisis Communication Management Training for Airports of Thailand (AOT) Communicators

November 28, 2025 — Aktivist's CEO, Mr. Shinnasin Kumphanthasinthumat, together with the team of Asst. Prof. Dr. Wilaiwan Jongwilaikasem, participated in providing knowledge to communicators at Airports of Thailand (AOT) on Crisis Communication Management in a changing PR landscape. Topics covered included how communicators must become effective Facilitators, and the shift from a Reactive approach to a Proactive one, as communication methods have changed significantly.


In addition to gaining knowledge about PR in the new world, AOT's communicators also participated in workshops covering crisis management through various organizational case studies, walking away with a wealth of practical knowledge.
